Toll Mid-Atlantic has submitted preliminary plans to construct 46 single-family homes on five contiguous properties fronting South Chester Springs Road and Conestoga Road.  In total, the properties encompass approximately 185 acres, of which 114 acres, or about 60%, is preserved as open space.

The plan was reviewed by Township consultants, the Township Planning Commission, and by the Township’s other boards, committees, and councils.  The Board of Supervisors granted Preliminary Plan approval, with conditions, at on August 17, 2026.

Next meeting… To be determined.  Toll Mid-Atlantic will submit a Final Plan to the Board of Supervisors, for final review and approval.  The Final Plan will be posted to this page when received.
