Those who had a plot in 2025 need to confirm that they want to return for 2026 no later than noon on Friday, January 16 by e-mailing receptionist@westvincenttwp.org, or delivering notice to the Township Building by the January 16 deadline. After that date, returning gardeners will receive information about the fees and rules for 2026, along with an agreement to sign. The signed agreement and fee (cash or check made out to “West Vincent Township”) must be received at the Township Building no later than noon on Friday, February 20. After this date we will make all un-paid plots available (there is currently a waiting list) to other Township residents who want to join us this year. NEW gardeners must be residents of West Vincent Township (proof of residence required).
In 2026, the West Vincent Township Public Works Department will maintain all “inside-the-fence” areas that are not individual lots. This includes cutting the grass aisles, making repairs to the shed and fence, and providing the community tools. All you will need to do is maintain your plot… we’ll see to the rest.
