Evans Park Gazebo Reservation

Evans Park Gazebo can be reserved/rented by West Vincent Township residents for any occasion. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and are free to residents. Fees are charged for gazebo electricity, if needed.

 

COMMERCIAL USE OF THE GAZEBO IS NOT ALLOWED.

Please clean up all trash using the Township receptacles. Any bags or trash that does not fit in park receptacles must be taken with you. All attendees are asked to follow the West Vincent Township Park Rules & Regulations. 

Please complete the reservation form in its entirety, remit any fees to the Township building, and certify that you have read the Evans Park Gazebo Regulations.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and understand the West Vincent Township Park Rules & Regulations, and that I agree to abide by all such rules and regulations set forth by the Township. I accept responsibility for any violations of such rules and regulations, and, I accept responsibility for any damage caused to Township property as a result of the use requested. ​ I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignors, do herby indemnify, release, defined, forever discharge, and hold harmless, West Vincent Township, and all Township officials, agents, officers, employees, representatives, and assigns, from any and all liability, known or unknown, negligence, arising from the uses of the Township's parks, recreational facilities, and/or other public property associated with this reservation request. I, along with the organization, full understand that I voluntarily choose to participate in certain recreational activities or gatherings on the above described West Vincent Township property and do hereby assume the risk of any personal injury, damages, claims, harms or losses which I or those associated with may organization or reservation request may incur from use of the above described Township property.
