The development includes 74 units… 28 single-family detached homes and 46 townhomes. At its May 4 Meeting the Board of Supervisors conducted and completed a Public Hearing to consider the Application.  Per State Law the Board will issue its decision within 45 days.  At this time a decision is scheduled to be made at the June 15 Business Meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
