Pulte has submitted a Conditional Use Application for a proposed residential development at Pottstown Pike, Birchrun Road, and Lexington Boulevard. The development includes 74 units… 28 single-family detached homes and 46 townhomes. Click to view the concept plan, greenway plan, Conditional Use Application, and Public Notice.

The Planning Commission, Environmental Advisory Council, and Historical Commission will review the Application in the coming weeks. Please check the Township website for meeting dates, times, and agenda.

The Board of Supervisors is scheduled to conduct a Public Hearing on the Application on April 6. If the Application is approved, fully engineered land development plans will be submitted to the Township for further review.
