NOTICEISHEREBYGIVEN that on October 18, 2021 at 7:00 PM, the Board of Supervisors of West Vincent Township will conduct public hearings during its regular meeting at the Township Offices located at 729 St. Matthews Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425 on the following applications:
1. Application of Norman and Nancy Norris (“Applicants”) for the property located at 2286 Beaver Hill Road, Birchrunville, PA 19421, identified as Tax Parcel No. 25-4-93. The property consists of 8 acres. located in the RC Rural Conservation District and is improved with an existing single-family dwelling. The Applicants proposes to construct a pool, patio, and building addition to the existing dwelling on the property and requests conditional use approval to permit stormwater management facilities and/or storm sewer systems associated with the proposed improvements in Precautionary Steep Slope Areas (15% to 25%) pursuant to Section 390-98.B(1)(a) of the West Vincent Township Zoning Ordinance and Prohibitive Steep Slope Areas (over 25%) pursuant to Section 390-98.B(2)(b) of the Township Zoning Ordinance.
2. Application of Camphill Village Kimberton Hills (“Applicant”) for the property located at 1601 Pughtown Road, Kimberton, PA 19442 identified as Tax Parcel Nos. 25-5-1 (332-acres) and 25-5-1.1 (10-acres). The property is located in the R-2 District and is improved with an Agricultural Village Community. The portion of the property proposed for the Cemetery use consists of 20.7 acres adjacent to Camphill Drive. The Applicant requests conditional use approval to permit a Cemetery pursuant to Section 390-28.B(4) of the West Vincent Township Zoning Ordinance.
Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearings.
