NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of West Vincent Township shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 7:00PM in the township building located at 729 Saint Matthews Road, Chester Springs, PA  19425-3301 regarding a continuation of the Conditional Use Application of the Butterscotch Café, 1406 Hollow Road, Birchrunville, PA  19421, Uniform Parcel Number 25-4-80.  The subject tract is located in a BV Zoning District. The applicant seeks conditional use approval under §390-219.A(2) of the West Vincent Township Zoning Ordinance – Conditional Use approval shall be required for any new uses, new construction, and the addition, enlargement or change in use or the increase in the level of activity or area of a previously approved Conditional Use.  If you wish to attend the hearing and are a person with a disability requiring an auxiliary aid, service, or other accommodation to participate in the proceedings or attend the hearing, please contact the West Vincent Township Office at 610.458.1601 to discuss how the Township can best accommodate your needs.
