JAINE LANE – Road Work Beginning January 2024

Beginning the week of January 22, 2024, drainage work will begin on Jaine Lane starting at Flowing Springs Road to the top of the hill.  This work will last approximately 6-10 days.  During this time, the roadway will be closed to through-traffic between the hours of 6:30AM and 4:30PM.  Driveways within the immediate work area will have access but may experience delays.

Once this section is completed, the contractors will begin work from the area of Birchrun Road to the top of the hill.  This work is also estimated to last 6-10 days.  During this time, the roadway will be closed to through-traffic between the hours of 6:30AM and 4:30PM.  Driveways within the immediate work area will have access but may experience delays.

The next phase will be culvert replacement (near Birchrun Road) between Birchrun Road and Horseshoe Trail.  Once this work begins, JAINE LANE WILL BE FULLY CLOSED NEAR BIRCHRUN ROAD FOR THE DURATION OF THIS PHASE.  At this time, we cannot estimate the duration of this closure, but NO traffic will be allowed through.  However, everyone will be able to leave Jaine Lane by accessing Horseshoe Trail during this time.

The final piece of this project will be paving the work areas.  This work will happen in the Spring based on weather.  You can follow our website (www.westvincenttwp.org) for updates.
