PUBLIC NOTICE – NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of West Vincent Township will hold a public meeting to consider passage of the following ordinance during its regular meeting on October 16, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Township Offices located at 729 St. Matthews Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425.

A copy of the ordinance is available for public examination or may be obtained during regular business hours at the Township Offices. A summary of the text of the ordinance is as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WEST VINCENT CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 338, REGULATING MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN ROADS WITHIN WEST VINCENT TOWNSHIP Section 1 amends Section 8 of Chapter 338, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of Ordinances of West Vincent Township to establish a Maximum Speed Limit of 25 mph on Flint Road Between St. Matthews Road and Kimberton Road, a distance of approximately 4,500 feet Sections 2 provides an effective date of five (5) days from the date of enactment.
