The West Vincent Township Planning Commission meets once a month on the 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Building Meeting Room.

 The West Vincent Township Open Space Review Board meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Building Meeting Room.
