Toll Mid-Atlantic has submitted preliminary plans to construct 47 single-family homes on five contiguous properties fronting South Chester Springs Road and Conestoga Road.  In total, the properties encompass approximately 185 acres, of which 114 acres, or about 60%, is preserved as open space.

At its meeting on January 22 the Planning Commission recommended plan approval, conditioned on the developer satisfying nineteen conditions.  Toll is now revising its plan, and will present the revised plan at an upcoming meeting of the Board of Supervisors, likely to be held in March or April.  The meeting date will be posted here, when known.
