At its November 11 meeting the Zoning Hearing Board conducted and completed a Public Hearing to consider an application to build a single-family detached home in a wetland margin area and stream buffer.  Following the Public Hearing the Zoning Hearing Board voted to approve relief to construct in a stream setback area, and denied the relief to disturb more than 20% of a wetland margin area.
