At its meeting on October 29 the Zoning Hearing Board denied the Application to permit outdoor seating at the Butterscotch Cafe.  Per State Law, the Applicant has thirty days to appeal the Zoning Hearing Board’s decision to the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.

The Zoning Hearing Board considered a motion to deny the Application, and the vote tallied two in favor, and two opposed. A tie vote is a denial.
