At its meeting on October 6, the Board of Supervisors conducted and completed a Public Hearing to consider Conditional Use Application 2025-02, submitted by Toll Mid-Atlantic LP, to allow a portion of a roadway and associated stormwater facilities in a precautionary steep slope area.  The affected area of the steep slope encompasses approximately 0.19 acres.

As required by State Law, the Board will consider a decision within 45 days of the close of the Public Hearing.  This decision will be considered at a public meeting, the meeting date is to be determined.
