At its meeting on October 29 the Zoning Hearing Board denied the Application to install a cell tower at Pughtown Road.  Per State Law, the Applicant has thirty days to appeal the Zoning Hearing Board’s decision to the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.

AT THE SEPTEMBER 24 HEARING… The Applicant withdrew its request for a variance for tower height.

AT THE SEPTEMBER 30 HEARING… After final comments were received by the Applicant, Parties of Record, and attending public, the Public Hearing was officially closed. The Zoning Hearing Board will next meet at 6pm on Wednesday, October 29, at the Township Building, and it is expected a decision on this Application will be made at this time.

AT THE OCTOBER 29 HEARING… The Zoning Hearing Board considered a motion to approve the Application, with conditions, and the vote tallied two in favor, and two opposed. A tie vote is a denial.
