03 Jul July 23, 2025: Zoning Hearing Board Notice

NOTICE:
Per Chapter 390, Article XXIX of the Code of the Township of West Vincent, as amended, the West Vincent Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 7pm on July 23, 2025, at the West Vincent Township Building, 729 St. Matthews Road, Chester Springs, PA to hold a hearing and render a decision on the following matter:

Application 2025-02 – Cellco Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless (“Applicant”), Owner in Equity of a portion of the property located at 1451 Pughtown Road, TPN 25-5-4, in the RM Residential Mix District, seeks a Special Exception to construct a communications tower at the subject property as required by §390-33.B(6). Applicant also seeks variances from the following sections of the Zoning Ordinance: §390-167.A(3) to permit 8-foot-high panel communication antennas, where panel communications antennas shall otherwise not exceed 5 feet in height, and §390-167.B(8) to permit a 155-foot-high communications tower, where a communications tower shall otherwise not exceed 150 feet in height. Applicant also seeks any other interpretations and relief the Zoning Hearing Board deems required.

Application may be examined at the Township Building, 729 Saint Matthews Road, Chester Springs, M-F, 8:30a to 4:30p. At the time of the hearing any person or party interested will have opportunity to be heard.
