NOTICE
Per Chapter 390, Article XXIX of the Code of the Township of West Vincent, as amended, the West Vincent Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on June 3, 2025, at 7PM, at the West Vincent Township Building, 729 St. Matthews Road, Chester Springs, as to:


Application 2025-01 – Matthew Frech, Owner of Record of the property located at 1404 South Beaver Hill Road, TPN 25-4-154, in the R-3 Residential District, proposes to construct a single-family detached dwelling, and seeks variances from: (1) §390-24.G(5)(a) to permit a front yard setback less than 50 feet from the ultimate right-of-way, and (2) §390-24.G(5)(e) to permit a tract perimeter setback less than 50 feet.


Application may be examined at the Township Building, 729 Saint Matthews Road, Chester Springs, M-F, 8:30a to 4:30p. At the time of the hearing any person or party interested will have opportunity to be heard.
