It's true, we live way out in the country, which is the perfect place to have a dog, but since all people do not think alike where dogs are concerned, your neighbors may very well not appreciate it when your dog comes visiting uninvited. Did you know that it is illegal in Pennsylvania to allow your dog to run loose? Owners of any dog caught running loose by the Township animal control officer could be fined.
